¶ 1 On January 27, 2011, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act,RSBC 1996, c. 418 (the Act)naming Anthony Patriarco, as respondent.
¶ 2 On December 14, 2011, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a Ruling that the Executive Director discontinue the proceedings against the respondent.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the respondent.
