¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated August 10, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing was set to start on March 7, 2007. On March 5, 2007, the Commission adjourned the hearing, by consent, to 10 am on March 12, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
