¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the July 13, 2004 further amended Notice of Hearing.
¶ 2 The hearing has been adjourned to April 1, 2005 at 10 am at the commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
