TAKE NOTICE that the hearing before the British Columbia Securities Commission to give Mackenzie Iles Watson the opportunity to be heard before the Commission determines whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c.418, against Watson, has been set for 10:00 a.m. on December 18, 2000, at 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
