¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the temporary order and amended notice of hearing dated August 1, 2006. The hearing was set to start on October 3, 2006.
¶ 2 On October 3, 2006, the Commission adjourned the hearing to October 19, 2006 at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
