TAKE NOTICE that the hearing before the British Columbia Securities Commission to give:

Russell James Bennett and Harbanse Singh Doman the opportunity to be heard before the Commission determines whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c.418, affecting Russell James Bennett and Harbanse Singh Doman; and

William Richards Bennett the opportunity to be heard before the Commission determines the amounts, if any, of fees and charges for the costs of or related to the hearing to be paid by him under the order of the Commission made under section 154.2 of the Act on August 28, 1996;

has been set for 10:00 a.m. October 12, 13, 14 and 15, 1999, at British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver.
