The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 against the above respondents.
After hearing an application brought by some of the respondents on October 4, 2001, the Commission that day adjourned the hearing to April 29 and 30, May 1, 2, 13 to 17, and 21 to 31, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
