previously known as Frederick John Gilliland
Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On October 13, 2010, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 (the Act) naming Frederick Johnathon Nielsen (Nielsen), previously known as Frederick John Gilliland, as respondent.
¶ 2 On March 25, 2011, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with Nielsen.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Nielsen.
