¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Lawrence Michael Schlosser. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated January 18, 2007.
¶ 2 The Commission has set the hearing for 10 am on November 5 to 9, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 20, 2007, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
