Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On Mr. Walker’s application and with the consent of Commission staff, the Commission adjourned the hearing set to start on July 6, 2009.
¶ 2 The Commission will hold a set date hearing on July 6, 2009 at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, and will hear submissions from the parties on whether to issue temporary orders against the respondents until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered.
