¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated May 4, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing to set dates was set for June 12, 2006.
¶ 3 On June 7, 2006, DeVries asked the Commission to adjourn the hearing. The Executive Director did not object. On June 9, 2006, the Commission adjourned the hearing to 9 am on June 29, 2006 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
