Notice of Hearing and Review
Arthur Murray Smolensky applied for a hearing and review of a Canadian Venture Exchange decision made on January 10, 2001. The decision requires Smolensky to make disclosure to the Exchange in connection with an upcoming Exchange hearing. Smolensky also applied for a stay of the decision pending disposition of the hearing and review.
On January 18, 2001, the Commission ordered under section 165(5) of the Act that the CDNX decision be stayed pending disposition of the hearing and review set to be held on Friday, January 26, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. at 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
