¶ 1 On February 3, 2009, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 naming Rocky Mountain Golding Mining Inc. (Rocky Mountain), a State of Delaware corporation, and RMG Mining Inc. (RMG), a British Columbia corporation, as respondents.
¶ 2 Rocky Mountain’s corporate charter has been declared void by the State of Delaware.
¶ 3 RMG has been dissolved in British Columbia.
¶ 4 On October 7, 2009, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with the former sole officer and director of both Rocky Mountain and RMG.
¶ 5 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Rocky Mountain and RMG.
