Leigh Jeffs
Section 165 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On October 20, 2004, the Commission made a decision refusing to grant to Leigh Jeffs a consent which would allow individuals to provide to Jeffs information or documents already provided to the Commission under an investigation order.
¶ 2 On November 4, 2004, Jeffs applied to the Commission for a hearing and review of the decision and the Commission set May 17, 2006 to hear the matter.
¶ 3 On May 11, 2006, after hearing the parties, the Commission adjourned the hearing indefinitely.
