Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On August 7, 2013, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against the Respondent and a notice of hearing (2013 BCSECCOM 231).
¶ 2 On August 22, 2013, the parties appeared before the Commission, and by consent the Commission:
1. extended the temporary order until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered; and
2. adjourned the hearing generally.
