¶ 1 On September 14, 2006, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 against StockDepot Information Services Corp. (StockDepot) and Albert Stephen Budai (Budai).
¶ 2 On October 9, 2007, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with StockDepot and Budai.
¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director, considering that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against StockDepot and Budai.
