¶ 1 On July 20, 2007, the British Columbia Securities Commission released its decision in the above matter.
¶ 2 On August 17, Johnson asked the Commission to vary the decision, and the hearing was set for September 14.
¶ 3 On September 10, Johnson’s counsel asked the Commission to adjourn the hearing.
¶ 4 With the consent of the parties, the Commission has adjourned the hearing to 10 am on September 19, 2007, at the British Columbia Securities
Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
