Hearing Notice
On April 19, 2001, the Canadian Venture Exchange made a decision to release Mr. Don Farrell from his Undertaking to the Exchange dated March 16, 1999.
On May 15, 2001, LMX Resources Ltd. applied to the Commission for a hearing and review of the decision, and a stay of the decision until disposition of the hearing and review. On May 30, 2001, the Commission granted the stay.
A hearing to review the CDNX decision will be held on August 20 to 23, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
