¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against Michael Savage. The allegations are set out in the amended notice of hearing dated October 31, 2005.
¶ 2 The hearing started on March 6, 2006. On March 14, 2006, after hearing an application by Savage to adjourn the hearing, the Commission adjourned the hearing to 10 am on March 20, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date to continue the hearing.
