Notice
WHEREAS the Vancouver Stock Exchange, now the Canadian Venture Exchange Inc., made a decision confirmed in letters dated February 9 and February 16, 1999, in connection with disciplinary proceedings concerning Owen D. Richman;
AND WHEREAS Richman has applied to the Commission under section 28 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 for a hearing and review of the decision;
THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing and review of the decision of the Exchange will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
