¶ 1 On August 10, 2006, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 against Stanley Steven Ross (Ross).
¶ 2 On March 7, 2007, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with Ross.
¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director, considering that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Ross.
