Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the respondents. The hearing is held at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, starting at 10 am.
We have cancelled some dates and set additional dates. The remainder of the hearing is now set for the following dates.

· November 3, 10, 12, 17 to 24;
· December 1 to 19 (except December 4).
- · January 12 to 28;
· May 31;
· June 1 to 30 (except June 3, 18, 21 and 22).
