¶ 1 On December 7, 2004, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 naming, among others, Foresight Financial Services Ltd. and Martin Raymond Hall.
¶ 2 On October 13, 2005, the Executive Director amended the Notice of Hearing and discontinued proceedings against Foresight Financial Services Ltd.
¶ 3 On November 28, 2005, the Executive Director further amended the Notice of Hearing and discontinued proceedings against Martin Raymond Hall.
