The Castleton Group and Beltway M&A
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On October 9, 2009, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against The Castleton Group and Beltway M&A and a notice of hearing (2009 BCSECCOM 577).
¶ 2 On October 23, 2009, the Commission heard submissions from the Executive Director and considering it necessary and in the public interest,
• extended the temporary order until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered; and
• adjourned the hearing to November 4, 2009 at 2 pm.
