¶ 1 Forum National Investments Ltd. (Forum National) is a British Columbia incorporated company that is an OTC reporting issuer under BC Instrument 51-509
Issuers Quoted on the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets
(BCI 51-509) and trades on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets quotation system.
¶ 2 Forum National’s administrative office is located in Richmond, BC.
¶ 3 Forum National’s securities are quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board in the United States.
¶ 4 Forum National’s securities are the subject of a promotional internet campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Forum National’s securities.
The Order
¶ 6 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Forum National is halted until the end of July 20, 2012.
