Section 165(5) of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
Brian Stanley Bocking applied for a hearing and review of an Executive Director's decision made on January 16, 2003. In that decision, the Executive Director refused to renew Bocking’s registration as an Investment Advisor and Dealer.
Bocking also applied for a stay of the decision pending disposition of the hearing and review.
Commission staff does not object to the stay.
The Commission orders under section 165(5) of the Act that the Executive Director’s decision is stayed pending disposition of the hearing and review.
