James Terrence Alexander, Anne Christine Eilers
and JT Alexander and Associates Holding Corporation
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against James Terrence Alexander, Anne Christine Eilers and JT Alexander and Associates Holding Corporation. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated December 8, 2003.
¶ 2 The hearing was set to start on April 3, 2006. On March 21, 2006, after hearing an application by Alexander to adjourn the hearing, the Commission adjourned the hearing to 10 am on May 19, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The hearing will continue on the following dates:
· May 23, 24, 26
· May 29 to June 2, except June 1
· June 5
· June 13 to 16
