Notice
WHEREAS the Vancouver Stock Exchange, now the Canadian Venture Exchange, made a decision on April 21, 1999, respecting certain warrants of IVS Intelligent Vehicle Systems Inc;
AND WHEREAS on April 23, 1999, Bill Holland applied to the Commission under section 28 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 for a hearing and review of the decision;
THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing will be held on April 28, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
