Extension of Temporary Orders and Hearing Date
Michael Conn Enns, also known as Mike Enns
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c.418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act against Michael Conn Enns. On October 7, 2002, the Executive Director made a temporary order against Enns that he cease trading in, and is prohibited from purchasing, any securities or exchange contracts until October 15, 2002.
With the parties’ consent, the Commission adjourns the hearing to 10 am on April 30, 2003, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, and extends the temporary order until the hearing is held and a decision rendered.
