¶ 1 Global Health Ventures Inc. (Global Health) is an OTC reporting issuer under BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets.
¶ 2 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Global Health’s securities.
The Order
¶ 3 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Global Health is halted until the end of November 16, 2009.
