On November 20, 2002, the Executive Director made a decision not to approve Patrick Yao’s application for change of status to compliance officer.
On November 24, 2002, Yao applied to the Commission for a hearing and review of the decision.
The Commission will hold a hearing to review the Executive Director’s decision on February 24, 2003, at 2 pm at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
