On September 12, 2003, the above parties requested a Hearing and Review of five orders to freeze property numbered COR#03/110, 111, 112 and 113 and 115. COR #s 110, 111, 113 and 115 were subsequently revoked and COR#112 was amended by COR#03/155 on October 3, 2003.
The 30-day time limit to request a review of the amended order has expired.
On May 13, 2004, the Commission wrote to the parties, asking them to inform the Commission if they planned to proceed with their application for the hearing and review. The parties did not respond.
The Commission orders under section 165(4) of the Act that the Hearing and Review filed by the parties on September 12, 2003, be dismissed as abandoned.
