Dear Sirs and Madam:
Foresight Capital Corporation and others - ruling
Mr Wong has applied to introduce new evidence. Counsel for the Executive Director and Ms MacGregor have provided submissions in response. Mr Wong has until September 5 to respond to those submissions.
Ms MacGregor Bock has also applied to the panel for a mishearing on the grounds of abuse of process and reasonable apprehension of bias. We find her application is not substantiated and we dismiss it.
