Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
- ¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated September 14, 2006.
- ¶ 2 The hearing was scheduled to begin on September 4, 2007. On August 30, 2007, the executive director applied to adjourn the hearing, by consent.
- ¶ 3 The Commission adjourns the hearing to October 24, 2007 at 9 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set dates for the hearing.
