¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the above respondents. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated February 28, 2006.
¶ 2 The Commission was to set dates for this hearing on Thursday, April 20, 2006. That date has changed.
¶ 3 The Commission will now set dates for this hearing at 10 am on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
