Ruling
¶ 1 A hearing has been set for June 12, 2012 to hear an application by Arvindbhai Bakorbhai Patel (Patel) to vary a freeze order made by the Commission on February 20, 2012.
¶ 2 MNP Ltd. (MNP) is a court-appointed receiver over some of Patel’s assets. MNP has applied for an adjournment of the June 12 hearing.
¶ 3 MNP’s application is denied.
¶ 4 The panel will consider at the hearing the parties’ submissions, if any, on MNP’s standing.
