Michael E. Hriskevich and Elmer Stewart
Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On October 21, 2002, the Executive Director issued a Temporary Order and Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 naming Alhambra Resources Ltd., Elmer Stewart and Michael E. Hriskevich as respondents and cease trading the securities of Alhambra.
¶ 2 On October 25, 2002, the Executive Director revoked the Temporary Order and issued an Amended Notice of Hearing against the same respondents.
¶ 3 On November 10, 2003, the Executive Director entered into a Settlement Agreement with Alhambra.
¶ 4 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public
interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the respondents Michael E. Hriskevich and Elmer Stewart.
