On December 8, 2003, the Executive Director issued a decision refusing to grant a partial revocation of a cease trade order issued against Pan Asia in January 2003, until certain conditions were met.
On December 8, 2003, Paula Poe applied for a hearing and review of the decision.
A hearing to review the Executive Director’s decision will be held on December 19, 2003, at 9 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
