Icahn Group and Lions Gate Entertainment Corp.
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider an application by the Icahn Group for orders in relation to a take over bid by the Icahn Group to purchase up to all outstanding common shares of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp.
The hearing is set for 10:00 am on Monday, April 26, 2010, at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
