Order Under Section 154.2

ORDER:-- WHEREAS the Commission held a hearing in this matter and rendered a decision dated September 18, 1989, ordering, inter alia, under section 154.2 of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1985, c. 83, that Gerald Emile Sklar pay fees or charges for costs related to the hearing, the amount to be determined by the Commission;
AND WHEREAS the hearing took place on May 16, 17, 18, 19 and 30, 1989;
AND WHEREAS section 183(1)(33)(a) of the Securities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 270/86, provides that the fees and charges for the costs related to a hearing may include administrative costs, in the amount of $1,000 for each day or partial day of hearing;
IT IS ORDERED, under section 154.2 of the Act, that Sklar pay fees and charges for the costs related to the hearing in the amount of $5,000 for administrative costs.
