The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the respondents.
We will hear an application by Commission staff for witness disclosure on Thursday, May 29, 2003 at 10 am at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
