Ruling
¶ 1 On March 10, 2010, the Executive Director issued a notice of hearing and temporary orders against Microline Veneer & Forest Products Corp. and Peter William Arthur Wise (2010 BCSECCOM 137). The temporary orders expire on March 25, 2010.
¶ 2 On March 25, 2010, we heard the Executive Director’s application to extend the temporary orders until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered.
¶ 3 We dismiss the application. Our reasons will follow.
¶ 4 The hearing is adjourned generally.
