On March 24, 2009 the panel chair adjourned the hearing generally, pending the outcome of criminal charges against Golic related to the allegations in the notice of hearing. On October 17, 2011, Golic was found guilty of two Securities Act charges. He will be sentenced on January 9, 2012.
