The Commission, having considered that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, orders that the attached BC Instrument 45-522 entitled “Exemption from Requirement to file Reports of Exempt Distribution” is made.

of the Act or section 128 (g) of the Rules is exempt from the requirements of section 139 (2) of the Rules.
Variation of filing deadline
3. Section 139 (5) of the Rules is varied to say “An issuer that distributes a security under section 74(2)
(19)
of the Act must file a report in the required form within 30 days after the end of the issuer’s financial year in which the distribution took place”.
