In the attached notice, the Canadian Securities Administrators are publishing for comment proposed changes to the MFDA's Recognition Orders in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and to the definition of "Public Director" in the MFDA's By-law No. 1.
The CSA notice describes where your comments and questions on the proposed amendments can be directed. All comments received by June 23, 2008 will be considered.
