The National Registration Database (NRD) is a web-based system that enables individuals to submit registration information electronically to the British Columbia Securities Commission, the securities regulators of all other Canadian jurisdictions, and to the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). NRD allows registered dealer and adviser firms to make selected filings and to run selected registration reports.
