  • CSA Staff Notice 55-312 - Insider Reporting Guidelines for Certain Derivative Transactions (Equity Monetization)

    This notice, dated June 11, 2010, provides guidance to reporting insiders concerning the reporting of certain derivative-based transactions, including transactions commonly referred to as “equity monetization” transactions. It replaces an earlier version of the notice published on February 27, 2004.
  • CSA Staff Notice 55-316 - Questions and Answers on Insider Reporting and the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI)

    This notice, dated June 11, 2010, provides guidance in the form of questions and answers to help reporting insiders comply with their electronic filing obligations under National Instrument 55-102 (SEDI). It replaces CSA Staff Notice 55-308 Questions on Insider Reporting and CSA Staff Notice 55-310 Questions and Answers on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI).
