  • BCN2010/38 - Notice of Amendments to National Policy 41-201 Income Trusts and Other Indirect Offerings

    This notice announces the expected adoption, effective January 1, 2011, of amendments to National Policy 41-201 Income Trusts and Other Indirect Offerings. The purpose of the amendments is to accommodate the changeover to International Financial Reporting Standards in Canada. The NP 41-201 provides guidance on disclosing measures of cash available for distribution of income trusts and other indirect offering structures.

  • 52-306 [CSA Staff Notice] - Non-GAAP Financial Measures and Additional GAAP Measures

    This notice is revised and republished to reflect the changeover to International Financial Reporting Standards in Canada. It provides guidance to an issuer who discloses financial measures other than those required by the accounting principles the issuer uses to prepare its financial statements.
