  • BCN 2011/22 - Advance Notice of Form 45-106F6 British Columbia Report of Exempt Distribution and amendments to National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions

    This notice announces the expected adoption of new Form 45-106F6 British Columbia Report of Exempt Distribution and related amendments. The new form would replace 45-106F1 Report of Exempt Distribution and require disclosure of more information for distributions made in British Columbia. Form 45-106F6 and related documents will come into force on October 3, 2011.

  • BCN 2011/23 - Notice and Request for Comment - Implementation of Stage 2 of Point of Sale Disclosure for Mutual Funds - Proposed Amendments to National Instrument 81-101 Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure, Form 81-101F3 and Companion Policy 81-101CP and Consequential Amendments

    This notice publishes for comment proposed amendments to National Instrument 81-101 Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure, Form 81-101F3 Contents of Fund Facts Document, its companion policy and consequential amendments. The proposed amendments would allow delivery of a fund facts document instead of a simplified prospectus. The comment period ends on November 10, 2011.
