  • BCN 2012/10 - Multilateral Instrument 51-105 – Advance Notice of Adoption of MI 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets

    This is an advance notice that MI 51-105 will be adopted in all CSA jurisdictions, except Ontario, on July 31, 2012. In BC, MI 51-105 will replace BCI 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets.
